About Us:
The Broadway Education Alliance is a not-for-profit corporation and a member of the Educational Enterprise Zone® formed to serve the theatre, performing arts and live entertainment industries. The organization is committed to helping content producers, theatrical libraries, author estates and other rights holders make their properties relevant and accessible to K-12 schools through state-of-the-art distance learning technologies.
BEA brings entrepreneurship and innovation to the field of theatre arts education and cultural studies through business partnerships with corporate brands, creative collaborations with artists and coalition programs with other arts institutions. The organization focuses its expertise and resources on supporting programs and services that enable parents and educators to inspire creativity, build confidence and stimulate critical thinking in the children in their care.
BEA has a strategic alliance with Camp Broadway®, the commercial theatre's leading producer of multi-media rich copyrighted, educational content and special events.

What We Do:
- Establish best practices for integrating theatre arts curricula into state-of-the-art educational technologies;
- Produce professional development training programs for artists and theatre arts educators;
- Aggregate high quality, rights approved content for distribution into classrooms;
- Create industry coalitions for advocacy and fundraising; and
- Sponsor activities that encourage cultural understanding and life-long engagement with the performing arts.
